🚚 Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.

We work with trusted carriers to ensure reliable delivery:

  • FedEx

At checkout, you’ll see one Flexible Shipping option. We then choose the most reliable and cost-effective method based on your address, order size, and other factors.

⏱️ Estimated Delivery Times

  • Within Canada: 2–7 business days (depending on location and carrier)

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather, or unexpected delays.

💲 Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Shipping usually ranges between CAD $10–$30 within Canada, depending on weight and destination.

  • Exact costs will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

  • Free shipping on orders over CAD $150 (before taxes and discounts).

📍 Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

  • You can track your order anytime through your carrier’s website.
