At Zivon, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, returning or exchanging your order is simple and hassle-free.

1. 📝 Request a Return

  • Log in to your account: My Account

  • Go to Orders: My Orders

  • Choose your order and click Cancel Request from the order list

  • or open your order details and use the Cancel Request button.

2. 📮 Ship the Item Back

  • Pack your item securely in the original packaging.

  • We’ll email you a return shipping label within 1 business day.

  • Or, if needed, ship directly to our company address provided in the return confirmation email.

3. 💳 Receive Your Refund / Exchange

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund via your original payment method.

  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

  • You’ll also see your order status update to Refunded in your dashboard.

⚠️ Notes / Policy Details

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • Sale items or special promotions may not be eligible for returns.

🔄 Refunds Process

  • Once your return is received, you’ll get an email notification.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your card or original payment method.

  • If rejected (rare cases like used/damaged goods), we’ll notify you with details.
